Terms of Sale
In accordance with Article L. 221-28 12° of the French Consumer Code, the customer is reminded that the right of withdrawal provided for in Article L. 221-18 does not apply to accommodation services.
Cancellation Policy
a) In the event of cancellation or modification up to 2 days before the arrival date, no fee will be charged.
b) In the event of late cancellation, modification, or no-show, the owner will charge 100% of the stay amount.
c) In the event of an early departure, the full amount corresponding to the accommodation cost remains due to the owner.
d) For bookings made under a “non-cancellable – non-refundable” rate or any similar condition, the owner will charge 100% of the stay amount.
Dispute Resolution
The customer is informed of the possibility of using a conventional mediation procedure or any other alternative dispute resolution method, under the conditions provided in Title I of Book VI of the French Consumer Code.
After entering the hotel and if there is no satisfactory answer within 60 days, the client may refer the matter to the Mediator of Tourism and Travel, whose contact details and referral modalities are available on its website: www.mtv.travel

Telemarketing Regulations
